How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping costs £4.95. Orders over £30 benefit from free UK delivery. We endeavour to offer a fair delivery charge, which we subsidise to ensure it remains affordable. The cost to you as a customer covers our shipping fee (charged to us by Royal Mail at a flat rate) plus fulfilment and packaging.We use Royal Mail Tracked 48-hours delivery to send orders in the UK.

When will I receive my order?

Order cut off time is 1pm. We aim to dispatch orders by the end of the next working day (not including weekends and bank holidays). Please note this may vary during busy periods. Orders are shipped within a maximum 3 days of the order being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation on dispatch.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our bedding sets are hand made in a family-run textiles factory in northern Portugal. All other products are made in the UK.

How are your bedding sets printed?

The fabric used in our bedding sets is printed using superior quality digital reactive inks to achieve brighter colours, a soft finish and maximum wash performance.

What is the Oeko-Tex Standard 100?

Our children’s bedding sets proudly carry the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. A worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as accessory materials used. At Pea customer safety is of utmost importance. Our children’s bedding sets were successfully tested to Product Class 1, proving their safety for babies and young children.

Are your wall stickers really damage free?

Yes, they are made from a special low tack vinyl meaning they can be repositioned with ease and removed altogether without damaging surface areas. They are intended for use on flat indoor surfaces such as painted walls. Just make sure walls are clean and dry. If walls are freshly painted, we advise waiting for the minimum drying time (as recommended by the paint manufacturer) before application to avoid the risk of removing paint.

What is your environmental commitment?

We are committed to protecting your orders and the environment. Our wall art is shipped in biodegradable bags and our picture shelves are wrapped in green biodegradable bubble wrap. Our bedding sets come from the factory in a protective plastic wrapping before being placed in a reusable Pea 100% cotton drawstring bag. As part of our environmental commitment we are working with our factory to eliminating this as our only use of plastic packaging.

Do the picture shelves come with wall fixings?

For safety reasons these are not included with the picture shelf. Please ensure appropriate fixings are used for the wall type.

What happens when I pre order a product?

If you preorder a product this will be dispatched to you as per the timing on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How are your collections customisable?

We believe children should be surrounded with positive visual reminders of their likes to help form their identity. That’s why our collections are customisable in terms of a choice of accent colours. Each palette offers something for everyone’s taste. Children are unrestricted by beliefs about how the world should be, so our wall stencil kit can be used to create landscapes in colours they love. Our products have also been designed to be interchangeable, so you can easily mix and match across themes creating a custom bedroom unique to them.

What do you mean by “Created for Children, Designed for Grown-ups”?

Our mini worlds are playfully created to inspire children's imaginations. And they’re designed to make it possible for grown-ups to transform a child’s bedroom with ease and simplicity, by taking as much or as little from our collections as needed. We know even the most straightforward of tasks can become time consuming with children around. So every product in our range has been designed with the grown-up in mind. Pea product guides offer step-by-step instructions giving grown-ups the confidence and tools to easily bring our themes to life.

Why is it so important to harness the power of children’s imaginations?

Children don’t move or speak in straight lines and neither does the imagination. Because the imagination is boundless. It can take them anywhere and everywhere. Imaginative play is the magical thinking of childhood that helps the brain develop creativity. This creativity if allowed to blossom, is the same creativity that helps scientists discover new cures for diseases, companies to come up with the next inventions, and leaders to move their countries to peace.
