Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund provided that:

  • It is within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused and as new
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a completed Returns Form

All items are returned at your own risk.

We recommend using a secure postal method, with proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment (provided that the goods still have the original packaging and are in perfect condition).  Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

Should you require an exchange, please return the item to us with completed Returns Form detailing what you would like to exchange your purchase for.

Faulty Goods

Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchase.

Where a fault has been caused by customer negligence or by failure to follow care instructions they will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

In the unlikely event of a fault, please email hello@frompea including fault details, fault images, and your original order number.
